Diti Devika Foundation: A Legacy of Light and Purpose
Diti Devika Foundation was born from a deeply personal journey - one shaped by love, loss, and a lifelong commitment to service.
The Diti Devika Foundation was founded by Mr. Manmohan Tiwari and Mrs. Archana Tiwari on April 25, 2022. Growing up in the structured and principled environment of the armed forces, Mr. Tiwari developed a deep appreciation for discipline, opportunity, and service – values that are now woven into the very fabric of the foundation.
Founding Principles
This mission is profoundly personal. The foundation is named in memory of Mr. Tiwari’s younger daughter, Devika, who passed away 17 years ago at the age of six. Though her life was short, her spirit left a lasting mark, one that now lives on through every life the foundation touches. It also honours his elder daughter, Diti, whose compassion, strength, and sense of justice continue to shape and inspire the work being done every day.
Our Journey Towards Impactful Change
With three years of dedicated service, the Diti Devika Foundation is committed to supporting children and families facing adversity, yet full of promise. We help prevent school dropouts through financial aid and school partnerships, run free eye camps in underserved communities, and bring solar energy to homes lacking reliable power. Believing in holistic development, we also promote sports by providing equipment and access to opportunities that nurture both body and mind.
